1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1 egg

Preheat oven to 375. Mix the above ingredients together. Plop on cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes. Cool for a few minutes and indulge in these awesome tasting, healthy Rokit fueled cookies! Makes 8 good size cookies. These are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth, while keeping you pumped up and ready for action!

I usually try and keep my recipes very simple and user friendly for those on the go. However, I had to throw this one out there because I made these this morning and they are hmmm, hmmm, so good! This is my own original recipe. It’s worth the extra effort and you won’t regret making these… and neither will anyone you live with!

Whole Wheat Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon poppy seed

2/3 cup brown sugar

Mix all these ingredients together, then blend in the rest:

1 egg

2/3 cup butter, room temp if poss

1  1/2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt

2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix everything just until moistened. Then, throw the batter into a muffin tin. (makes 12 big muffins or 18 small) Don’t literally throw the batter… there are people out there who need a specification. 🙂 Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, turn oven down to 350 and bake for another 5-10 minutes depending on how “done” you like your muffs. I personally prefer mine a little goey so I purposely undercooked them a little. Let cool for 5 minutes and eat em’ up! Enjoy and feel like a champ for making homemade muffins from scratch! Not many people can say that these days!!!

Rokit Fuel Breakfast!

Simply pour your favorite smoothie into a Rokit Fuel energy mix packet, or Rokit Fuel cereal cup until barely moist and enjoy! Add fresh fruit if desired. It’s an awesome way to start your day, and it’s sure to pump you full of all the mojo you’ll need to take on life’s adventure!!!
